about me

I am a mother, a wife and am lucky to live in the most beautiful  part of the Southwest of Western Australia ... Dunsborough

for almost 30 years.

We have the most incredible coastline, forests, restaurants, wineries and bushland. To say we are blessed here is an understatement. I enjoy and appreciate all of it!

My nutrition journey began before I had my first son, where I learned that food can be medicine. Once I began my venture into motherhood, I dove right in and wanted to learn everything I could.

The kind of nutrition I like is not counting calories and micro-managing. Its traditional, natural, freshly prepared real food that our body recognises.

I have personally worked on my health more than ever before and wanted to

pour my knowledge and passion into my family but also, to help others.

I don't encourage people to reach for perfection, simply doing something and being consistent is key.

I believe that vibrant health can be available to everyone and even if you start small, any step in the right direction is a leap toward a robust, long life.

who i support

I work with individuals and families dealing with difficulties like -

  • ADHD

  • digestive discomfort

  • food intolerances

  • sleep issues

  • weight

  • hormone imbalances and more...

My focus is on supporting the whole person, not just the symptoms

my approach

Seeking help or guidance in what might be best for you is that first step and I welcome anyone, wherever you are beginning. I understand the nuances of the nutrition world and how much information is out there. Using traditional, age-old food preparation and looking at how the body receives it - I can work to make that confusion a little less and bring simplicity back.

Our lives today are vastly different to our ancestors - health was not something you needed to try so hard for. I believe we can gain some knowledge from that time and slow down, making vibrant health something that compliments the simple effort we can put into food.

How we live our life, deal with difficulties, allow the body to function and recover are all equally important so my approach is a wholistic one. Given the right tools, our body does know what to do and my job is to find what blockages are in the way of it happening properly.

I offer both in‑person and online consultations to help you to heal your gut and feel like yourself again.

"I empower people with the knowledge to use the best foods for healing. Using the GAPS protocol, I help you work at a foundational level so your body and mind can function as they’re meant to.

Symptoms are often the body’s way of communicating underlying imbalance. Instead of waiting on extensive testing, I focus on supporting the body’s function and foundations first, allowing us to begin nourishing and restoring the body straight away"
